DGTL asked to bring their branding to life with sound. They wanted to capture the bigness of the area of the stage and make a sonic version of the visual
We used visual interpretation tools and various noise boxes to make the sound design tools. Let the visual literally speak to the synth and do the magic. We used a lot of sorts of reverbs and delays to make the track feel big. And as a fan of electronic festivals we know how the low end sounds in the venue, so we wanted to capture that, which is not easy, knowing that most of the time this will be viewed on mobile devices.
